Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, with stains on the walls and floor.

The Indian delight breakfast was amazing! The staff were lovely, teaching us a bit of Tamil. The hotel is quite close to the US Consulate. The location is close enough to marina beach and escape mall, and there is easy transportation with tuktuks.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The manager was friendly and cooperative, and the staffs were also helpful. The location, although initially unappealing, grew on me once I explored the area. The breakfast, especially the Indian specialties, were delicious. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean with good water pressure. There was no shortage of food options around, including halal choices. The room service for food and drinks was excellent.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in a great area! Loved the well-decorated cozy rooms, with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The LED TV was a nice touch. The staff was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great food they provided and the location was perfect, close to the train station and mall.

Although the hotel had a great location, the area was very noisy, and we could hear prayers early mornings. The price was a bit steep for what was offered, and we found some bugs in the room.

Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. They had all the facilities I needed, and they were kept clean and tidy. The hot water on demand was a great feature, and the breakfast provided was a nice touch.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine and there's nothing I would suggest improving.
